At 216 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated 1 to 1.75 inches of rain had
fallen across the warned area earlier tonight. Flash flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by prior heavy rain.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Weston, Stonewall Jackson, Cedar Creek State Park, Sand Fork, Sand
Run, Alum Bridge, Walkersville, Linn, Stouts Mills, Horner and
Normantown.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 79 between mile markers 84 and 100. Route 33 between mile
markers 1 and 7.
