gusts up to 45 kt and seas 9 to 14 feet expected. For the
Storm Watch, northeast winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45
kt and seas 12 to 17 feet possible.

* WHERE...Ocean Waters from Provincetown to Nantucket from 20 to
60 NM.

* WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 5 AM early this morning to 8
AM EDT Friday. For the Storm Watch, from Friday morning
through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
