* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 15 to 25
kt with gusts up to 30 kt and seas 3 to 5 feet. For the Gale
Warning, northeast winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt
and seas 4 to 6 feet expected. For the Storm Watch, northeast
winds 30 to 35 kt with gusts up to 50 kt and seas 6 to 9 feet
possible.

* WHERE...Cape Cod Bay.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
evening. For the Gale Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 8 AM
EDT Friday. For the Storm Watch, from Friday morning through
Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Storm force winds and hazardous seas could capsize
or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
