* WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 116 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in
Mifflinburg due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inches are possible in the
warned area.
