Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 60 NM... * Until 915 AM EDT. * At 708 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line from over Tug Rio Caroni to 10 NM southeast of Sayler Barge, moving northwest at 10 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 40 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
