Hardin, Jasper and Orange Counties.

For the Neches River...including Town Bluff, Evadale, Neches River
Saltwater Barrier...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Village Creek...including Kountze...Moderate flooding is
forecast.
For the Pine Island Bayou...including Sour Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Village Creek near Kountze.

* WHEN...Until late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water covers entire floor of Farm to Market
Road 418. Water threatens homes near the creek in Kountze.
Significant flooding occurs in Village Creek State Park.
