* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Southeastern Athens County in southeastern Ohio... Northeastern Gallia County in southeastern Ohio... Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Western Washington County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Jackson County in northwestern West Virginia... Southwestern Wood County in northwestern West Virginia... North Central Mason County in western West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 PM EDT, trained weather spotters reported widespread flooding due to heavy rainfall from earlier thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
