* WHERE...Portions of north central and northeast Kansas, including
the following counties, Clay, Washington, Brown, Jackson,
Jefferson, Marshall, Nemaha, Pottawatomie and Riley.

* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms are forecast to have access to abundant moisture
and could redevelop and move over the region multiple times. By
Wednesday afternoon, some locations could end up with around 3
inches of rain.
