Coastal waters from Englewood to Tarpon Springs FL out 20 NM... * Until 445 PM EDT. * At 410 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing waterspouts was located 7 NM west of Anna Maria, or 7 NM west of Anna Maria Island, moving northeast at 5 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts to 34 knots. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Manatee 3 Mile North Reef, Passage Key Inlet, Southwest Channel, Egmont Key, Anna Maria and Manatee 7 Mile North Reef.
