* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Texas, including the
following counties, in southwest Texas, Terrell. In western Texas,
Borden, Glasscock, Howard, Mitchell, Reagan and Scurry.

* WHEN...From 1 PM CDT this afternoon through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
-  - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will develop
over the Watch area today through this evening. Heavy rainfall
may quickly result in areas of flash flooding.
