Northwestern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Southeastern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 300 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Some roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 PM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain had fell in the warned area from thunderstorms earlier today. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
