Walton County in the panhandle of Florida... * Until 1130 PM CDT. * At 836 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... De Funiak Springs, Union, Liberty, Paxton, Ponce De Leon, Westville, Sand Hill, Cluster Springs, Glendale, Piney Grove, Caney Creek, Center Ridge, Pleasant Hill, New Harmony, Gaskin, Gordon, Fox Hill, Oakwood Hills, Darlington and Leonia. Rainbands close to the center of Isaias will continue producing very heavy rainfall capable of worsening the flash flooding.
