* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Northwestern Pike County in south central Ohio...
South Central Ross County in south central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1003 PM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to
begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional
rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Waverly, Pike Lake, Buchanan, Lake White, Summithill, Idaho,
Scioto Trail State Park, Pike County Airport and Massieville.
