* WHEN...From Wednesday evening to Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, Water affects low lying areas in Oquawka.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 12.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow evening to a crest of 14.3 feet Thursday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Friday morning.
