The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northeastern Adams County in south central Ohio...
Southern Pike County in south central Ohio...
Northern Scioto County in south central Ohio...

* Until 830 AM EDT.

* At 416 AM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain
across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are
possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Peebles, Lucasville, Clarktown, Rarden, Otway, Mount Joy, Ladd,
Bear Creek, Wakefield, Poplar Grove, Smoky Corners, Locust Grove,
