* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1243 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell
across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 2 to 6
inches. Lingering high water is expected across portions of the
warned area.
