* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...East Central Kanawha County in central West Virginia... West Central Clay County in north central West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 500 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1243 AM EDT, doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fell across the warned area on Saturday, ranging anywhere from 2 to 6 inches. Lingering high water is expected across portions of the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
