...The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Alabama...

Pea River at Elba (US 84) affecting Coffee County.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Pea River at Elba (US 84).

* WHEN...From this evening to Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Minor flooding will affect farmland along
the Pea River near Elba.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 23.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this evening to a crest of 30.6 feet just after midnight tonight.
It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
- Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 30.0
feet on 04/06/1937.
