* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks and normally dry washes is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 146 PM MST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.

Oak Creek, Verde River, Sycamore Creek, Dry Creek, and Spring
Creek.

Cottonwood, Sedona, Verde Village, Clarkdale, Cornville, Kachina
