Central Hardin County in southeastern Texas...
South Central Tyler County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1045 AM CDT.

* At 546 AM CDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 10 and 21
inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 5
inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is already occurring.

FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Kountze, Village Mills, Honey Island.
This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!
