At 531 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated between 0.50 and 1.00 inches
of rain has fallen across portions of the San Rafael Swell, including
Muddy Creek, Ramp, Cistern, Ding, Dang, Bell, Little Wildhorse, Crack
and Chute Canyons. Flash flooding is ongoing across within these
drainages.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of slot canyons and normally
dry washes.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
The Chute of Muddy Creek, Little Wildhorse Canyon, Ding and Dang
Canyons, Crack and Chute Canyons, as well as portions of Goblin
Valley State Park.
