Northeastern Saline County in southeastern Nebraska... Southeastern Seward County in southeastern Nebraska... * Until 200 AM CDT. * At 1056 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in Crete and other portions of Saline County, with numerous stranded cars. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported.
