Central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... * Until 400 PM MDT. * At 1256 PM MDT, Another bout of heavy rain has moved across the Radium Springs area. This will bring renewed flooding in low water crossings around Radium Springs, Leasburg, and north of Hill. Heavy rain and flooding will likely spread towards the Jornada Range Road shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
