* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 114 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rainfall had ended across
the warned area. Earlier, emergency management reported several
instances of flooding across the warned area due. Flooding is
ongoing. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Washington, Canonsburg, Avella, Wolfdale, McGovern, Bentleyville,
East Washington, New Eagle, Baidland, Houston, Ellsworth,
