* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Florida, including the following areas, Coastal Duval, Coastal Flagler, Coastal Nassau, Eastern Clay, Eastern Putnam, Inland Flagler, Inland Nassau, Northeast Coastal St. Johns, Northern Inland St. Johns, South Central Duval, Southeast Coastal St. Johns, Southern Inland St. Johns, Trout River, Western Duval and Western St. Johns and southeast Georgia, including the following areas, Coastal Camden and Inland Camden. * WHEN...From 10 AM EDT this morning through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional heavy rainfall is forecast to develop this afternoon along the northeast Florida coast and portions of the southeast GA coast.
