The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has extended the

* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northern Liberty County in southeastern Texas...
Polk County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 100 PM CDT.

* At 1212 PM CDT, TXDOT reported flash flooding in Water over US 59
near Seven Oaks, TX, and Moscow, TX. Between 4 and 16 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional light rain is occuring across the area
with rain rates up to 0.5 inches per hour. Flash flooding is
already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Cleveland, Livingston, Daisetta, Hardin, Goodrich, Seven Oaks,
Dayton Lakes, Alabama-Coushatta Reservation, West Livingston,
Segno, Rye, Romayor, Leggett, Tarkington Prairie, Moss Hill and
