Warren County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 1115 PM EDT. * At 1035 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 8 miles north of Russell to 21 miles west of Columbus, or along a line from 15 miles north of Warren to 43 miles west of Warren, moving southeast at 40 mph.
