* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, southeast winds 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 65 mph expected. For areas above 500 ft, gusts up to 75
mph expected.

* WHERE...Annette Island.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 6 PM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects, damage
property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusts will diminish in the evening
before increasing again Thursday morning.
