gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE...Ketchikan Gateway Borough.

* WHEN...From 9 AM to 6 PM AKST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects, damage
property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong gusts will diminish in the evening
before increasing again Thursday morning.
