* Flash Flood Warning for...
North Central Otero County in south central New Mexico...

* Until 515 PM MDT.

* At 317 PM MDT, Emergency management reported thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2
inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding along US-70 near
Mescalero. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
