Mississippi River at Winfield. Mississippi River at Hannibal. River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 24 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Clarksville. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon to Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 27.2 feet, Silo Park just northwest of Clarksville off Highway 79 begins flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CDT Monday the stage was 21.9 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Wednesday afternoon to a crest of 26.8 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
