Wind could gust as high as 35 mph across higher elevations. * WHERE...Upper Chena River Valley, White Mountains, and Eagle Summit. * WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Gusty winds could lead to areas of blowing snow which could reduce visibility below one half mile at times.
